How to Return a Product

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Meo Nutrition purchase. If you need to return a product, here is how the process works.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within our return window. Not all items may be eligible for return, so please reach out to our support team to confirm before shipping anything back.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our support team with your order number. You can reach us via email or live chat.
  2. Our team will check your order's eligibility for a return and let you know the next steps.
  3. Once your return is approved, you will receive either a prepaid return shipping label or the correct return address to ship the item back.

What Happens After You Ship It Back

  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item at our warehouse.
  • We will inspect the returned product and confirm it meets our return criteria.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

Refund Options

When your return is approved, you can choose from the following refund options:

  • Original payment method -- refund back to the card or payment method you used
  • Store credit -- receive credit to use on a future Meo Nutrition order
  • Exchange -- swap for a different product (see our Exchange Policy article for details)
